Postured Sorted
Thoughts on the body, aging, occasional technology, and alignment
Posture Sorted is a space for lived experience, not prescriptions.
It explores what it means to stay aligned—physically, mentally, and practically—over time, in real conditions. Posture is treated not as something to correct, but as an ongoing relationship between body, attention, work, tools, values, and the futures we are moving toward. The site exists to notice what helps alignment endure, what slowly pulls it off course, and how people adapt—imperfectly, intelligently, and often quietly—across years rather than moments.
Past + Now = Future
Posture Sorted began as a place to look at physical posture problems.
Over time, it became clear that posture isn’t something to fix.
It’s something shaped continuously by how we live, work, age, move.
This site now exists to explore that idea more holistically. We’ll post something new occasionally.
